I'm Alfie, striving to bring a different session where I'm not your trainer but your assistant.

As someone living with a neuromuscular disability (Charcot-Marie-Tooth), I am compassionate and empathetic to people's struggles, in and outside of the gym.

I've had to put a lot of time and effort into variations that work for me and I'd love to find the variations that suit your needs too!
