Hi Im Cass,
I know how overwhelming starting in the gym can feel not knowing what to do, feeling unsure if you’re training correctly, or just lacking confidence when you walk in.
I come from a competitive rowing background, where I built discipline, structure, and consistency through high level training. I now use that same approach in my coaching, alongside my own gym transformation, to help people train with more clarity and purpose.
My focus is helping you build confidence in the gym, follow a clear plan, and actually understand what you’re doing so you can progress without second guessing yourself. Every client is different, so I keep things simple, structured, and tailored to your goals whether that’s building muscle, getting stronger, or just feeling more comfortable training.
