About me

Hi, I’m Tilly. I believe training should be the part of your day where you get to find some headspace and focus purely on yourself. My role is to provide a supportive space where you can show up, clear your mind, and feel confident in your own progress.

I know the gym can feel intimidating, but the truth is showing up is often the hardest part of the journey. If you’ve made it through the door, you’ve already done the hard work. Now we can focus on making you feel comfortable and confident. My approach is calm and balanced because when you move in a way that makes you feel good, the gym becomes somewhere you can truly find your sense of peace.

My goal is to help you build strength and confidence in a way that feels natural and sustainable. We’ll reach your targets together, focusing on the journey and feeling good in your own skin. Whether you want to feel more energised or just want a supportive, quiet environment to work on your goals, I’m here to help. If you see me on the gym floor, feel free to come over for a chat.
