Have you ever wondered… … what it’s like to be stronger - run father - be leaner - be more muscular - more flexible - or simply feel better in your body than you thought possible? My name’s Amy and I want to help you achieve that goal!

From first stepping into a gym 12 years ago, I’ve been through the ups and downs of training alongside a busy corporate job, recovering from injuries, and understand how tough it can be to start when you don’t believe you’re cut out for fitness. From finding excuses to avoid P.E. class to running half marathons, competing in powerlifting and understanding the positive mental impact of fitness, I’ve fallen in love with exercise and want to do the same for you!

I take a whole-person view of fitness, working with you to find your unique strengths, what motivates and works for you, to unlock your potential.
