Fitness changed my life — and now I’m here to help change yours.

After losing over 100 lbs through dedication, discipline, and a complete lifestyle transformation, I’ve made it my mission to help others do the same. My journey didn’t stop at weight loss. I dove deep into the world of combat sports, training and competing in Muay Thai, boxing, and MMA. These experiences shaped not only my body, but my mindset — one built on resilience, self-belief, and consistency.

My training style is rooted in functional movements and compound lifts — the kind of training that builds real-world strength, muscle, and capability. Whether your goal is to pack on lean muscle, improve athleticism, or strip away fat, I’ve got the tools and experience to guide you every step of the way.

When it comes to nutrition, I take a behavioural approach. I don’t believe in quick fixes or crash diets — just long-term, sustainable habits that help you take control of your relationship with food and make fat loss a natural result of your lifestyle.
