About me

Hi, I’m Eileen, a Personal Trainer with a genuine passion for helping people get to where they want to be. Whether that’s feeling more confident in yourself, improving your quality of life through functional training (like carrying your weekly food shop with ease), or simply having someone to keep you accountable and supported, I’m here to help you every step of the way. I trained as a gymnast for over 10 years, committing 12-14 hours per week to calisthenics and plyometric training, and competed at an international level before retiring at 16. After gymnastics, I moved into the gym to stay active, where I quickly fell in love with weight training and the process of getting stronger. That passion led me to qualify as a Personal Trainer at 17. My coaching style is supportive, while also being educational. I want you to understand the why behind what you’re doing and the value it brings, so you can build confidence not just in your body, but in your training. My goal is to give you the tools you need to eventually train independently, without ever feeling like you’re back at square one. My ethos is simple: no extremes, no quick fixes - just real, sustainable results. I coach my clients to build long-term habits that fit into their lifestyle in a realistic and manageable way.
