About me

My passion is helping people optimise their health so they can get the most out of life — physically, mentally and long-term. Now well into my thirties and a mum myself, I understand how priorities shift as we get older. It’s no longer just about how our bodies look, but how well they function, how much energy we have, and how we support our bodies so we can stay active, strong and present for the people who matter most. My approach is rooted in whole-body health. Rather than solely focusing on well we move, I consider how the nervous system, digestive health, hormones, immune function and lifestyle all interact and influence performance, recovery and wellbeing. I combine functional nutrition, personalised training and lab testing to build strategies that support optimal health. Training becomes a tool not just for strength or fitness, but for improving resilience, energy, longevity and overall quality of life. Alongside coaching, my supporting clinic offers a range of treatments designed to support these body systems and help clients get the best possible results from their health journey.
