With a BSc in Clinical Exercise Science, an MSc in Sports Therapy and over 10 years of training experience including Boxing, I combine academic knowledge with real-world practice to deliver safe, effective and evidence-based Exercise and Nutrition coaching.
My approach focuses on creating realistic plans that fit your lifestyle, helping you build habits that lead to long-term progress. Whether your goal is to lose weight, maximise muscle/strength gain, learn boxing, recover from injury or simply feel better day to day, I’ll guide you every step of the way with the right structure, support and accountability.
