About me

I’ve been coaching for over 3 years in a variety of disciplines, including: strength & conditioning, powerlifting, bodybuilding and even basketball. With my experiences, I have developed a wide range of knowledge, and I’d love to share it with you! The main lesson I have learned is the importance of exercise for mental health and overall wellbeing. Starting out in the gym at 16 as an insecure, lanky kid, I soon fell in love with the gym and getting bigger, which I did. To an unhealthy, unhappy 20 stone. Since then, I’ve learned about the importance of good nutrition, proper training and lifestyle habits and have dropped 5 stone in a manageable, healthy way. My coaching philosophy is to guide people towards their fitness goals in a sustainable way, whilst choosing better lifestyle habits to guide this transformation. Whether this be to gain lean muscle, lose body fat or just to live a healthier, happier lifestyle. My services provide a personalised blueprint to build the life that you want by tracking your training, nutrition and habits with weekly check-ins and daily habit tracking.
