Growing up I always hated P.E: hated the judging looks, having to play sports I wasn't interested in, and don’t get me started on the itchy gym kits. All that was enough to put me off exercise in general for years before I discovered it can actually be fun. That’s what the gym is about; finding something that works for you. A lot of cardio doesn’t work for me because the jiggling of certain body parts makes me feel dysphoric. However, powerlifting makes me feel euphoric and strong so now I spend my spare time lifting heavy circles for fun. I’ve done all the wrong ways to try and lose weight so you don’t have to; from fad diets to forcing myself to do exercise I hated, and everything in between. I was always too scared to try going to a gym. I thought everyone was going to stare at me and judge me for being there. However that’s far from the truth, so let me be your guide and show you the gym isn’t as scary as us anxious beans think it is. Being a trans guy I can offer the best of both worlds when it comes to training, so hit me up and let’s have a go!
