Take your pick from the latest gym kit and a huge timetable of group exercise classes included in your membership. Want access to state-of-the-art gym equipment with a low-cost monthly payment (with no contract)? Our gym in Hyde is fitted with over 100+ pieces of equipment, including free weights, fixed resistance machines, and cardio equipment.

BY CAR Pop SK14 5ET, into your SatNav and navigate towards Stockport Road.
BY BUS The nearest bus stop is Hilda Road a 2 minute walk from the gym. There is also Apethorn Lane and Rosemary Drive that are both located a 4 min walk from the gym.
