I provide personalized training for people who need their program adapted to their body. My approach supports all individuals, but particularly those living with conditions like hypermobility, neurodivergence, and mental health conditions. It also supports women and their hormonal shifts throughout the month. Training should fit YOU, not the other way around. Lived experience: As a trainer with ADHD and hypermobility, inclusion and adaptability is not a marketing angle – it is a lived experience. I understand how stability, energy, and physical/mental capacity can fluctuate. Living with anxiety has also shown me how overwhelming gym environments can feel, and how important it can be to have someone supporting YOU. Working with me: My sessions are structured but adaptable, focusing on long-term progress. You can expect: • Sustainable development and progression • Stability before load • nervous-system aware programming • Adaptions based on daily capacity • A calm, judgement-free training space There is no “all or nothing” mindset here.
