Getting stronger doesn't mean you will get bulky. What it means is improved body composition, better movement, higher metabolism and combatting fat loss. Being cardio fit can buffer you from serious health consequences and provide a higher quality of life.
I am a great believer in having a goal and structured path. When training is enjoyable and consistent, you can achieve things you never thought possible and put aside those feelings of 'my best years are behind me'.
I will provide structured, individualised training, 1 to 1 coached sessions, nutritional and supportive advice to build good habits. I feel passionate about supporting you towards being better each day and achieving your goals. Don't want to go it alone? Whether you are a group of friends or would be happy to be grouped up with like-minded individuals with similar goals, I have strength, hyrbid and functional fitness programmes for all fitness and experience levels.
