About me

REAL TRAINING. REAL RESULTS.

I help gym members and athletes get stronger, fitter and perform at their best with structured coaching and a training style built around strength, conditioning and performance.

With a football background, a passion for fitness, running, and a focus on HYROX, I bring a results- driven approach that gets you moving better, feeling better and achieving your goals.

I’m also currently studying Sports Science at the University of Stirling, which continues to develop my understanding of how the body works and how to get the best out of it
