My fitness journey began during the COVID-19 pandemic, where I found solace in fitness and exercise. This led me to pursue my Level 3 Personal Training qualification at college and turn that passion into a career.
I have experience working with a wide range of clients, including older adults, athletes, individuals with physical disabilities, and various health concerns. My approach focuses on creating supportive, personalised training programmes that meet each client’s unique needs and abilities.
I specialise in helping people move better through functional strength training, assisting them in improving their overall quality of life. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle growth, mobility, or trying to fix an injury, I’m here to help.
