About me

Since entering the fitness industry in 2018, I have helped a wide range of clients succeed, from complete beginners taking their first steps in the gym to runners preparing for races and individuals looking to lose body fat, build strength, and improve their overall fitness.

With an Honours Degree in Strength and Conditioning and years of practical coaching experience, I combine evidence-based training with a supportive and personalised approach. As a marathon runner and running coach myself, I understand the challenges of balancing training, work, and everyday life, and I know what it takes to achieve long-term success.

My goal is not only to help you achieve your targets but to give you the knowledge and confidence to maintain your results for years to come.
