About me

I truly believe that regular exercise and good nutrition benefits us all, especially as we get older. But that can sometimes be hard to maintain.

As well as the physical benefits, I’ve found exercise to be a powerful tool for managing stress and maintaining balance in daily life. Exercise has become even more important to me having supported family and friends through health challenges. It’s inspired me to help others on their fitness journeys. To me, age is just a number and is no barrier to taking on new challenges. These are some of the reasons why I qualified as a Personal Trainer.

Everyone’s fitness journey is different. Whether you’re taking on a challenge or taking those first steps towards a healthier you, I can help you achieve your fitness goals. I will work across all aspects of fitness, with a particular focus on functional exercises, building strength to support everyday movements.
