Hi, I’m Ken!
I’m a personal trainer with over 15 years of experience in the gym and continue to strive to be better everyday. With my passion for fitness and in helping others, I would love to help you through your journey on reaching your goals!
I have transformed my body by going through multiple training plans which I have designed for myself, I have gained insight into what works and what doesn’t. Therefore I am be able to create a programme that is tailored and personalised to you which will optimise your training whether you are a beginner or an advanced athlete.
I specialise in fat loss, functional strength, muscle gain, power lifts (deadlifts/squats) and training with proper form to build a well rounded athletic and strong physique. With my experience and knowledge, I’m confident I’m able to help you reach your goals!
