I didn't become a personal trainer because fitness came naturally to me. I was once too a nervous gym goer, who clung to the cardio machines like a comfort blanket, eventually though, I made a decision to become the best version of myself, and get out of my comfort zone, I became my own first client, and made all the mistakes I want to help you avoid. I succeeded at losing 30kg, and learnt how to not let PCOS hold me back.
Now, I want to be the coach I wish I'd had. I want to help people feel strong, confident, and supported without having to struggle through it alone. Whether your goal is fat loss, building confidence, managing PCOS, or simply feeling better in yourself, I'm here to cheer you on every step of the way. My goal is to create a safe, positive space where you feel understood, empowered, and reminded that you are capable of so much more than you think. We really are in this together!
