I'm a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer with 9 years of experience helping clients achieve sustainable results through tailored training, expert coaching, and ongoing support.
With over 20 years of experience in kickboxing, I've competed at an international level, proudly representing the GB England Team at the 2024 competition in Portugal, where I earned two bronze medals. My competitive background allows me to bring discipline, motivation, and high-performance training techniques to clients of all fitness levels.
Alongside personal training, I specialise in Sports Therapy, focusing on injury prevention, rehabilitation, mobility, and movement quality. I work with clients recovering from or managing conditions such as:
