Hi, I’m Katie the coach behind The Strong Women Society – a space designed to help women feel stronger, more confident and supported in the gym.
With nearly 10 years in the fitness industry, I help women build strength, lose body fat and feel good in their bodies through structured training and simple, sustainable nutrition guidance. Whether you are new to the gym, returning after a break, or looking to take your training to the next level, I’ll support you with a plan that works for your lifestyle.
