I started my fitness journey as someone who didnt't enjoy being active and really strugggled with my body image and confidence. I decided one day to change that and joined the gym. Since then fitness has had a huge impact on my life. I've become so much stronger, more confident and generally much happier in myself.
I am really passionate about fitness and helping others because of my own experience. I understand how difficult it can be at times and how easy it can feel to want to give up, but I also understand how beneficial it is to have someone supporting you through the ups and downs, keeping you accountable.
My aim is to support anyone, whether you're starting out or already an experience gym goer. I want to create a positive and encouraging environment where people feel comfortable, confident and motivated. I want to celebrate every achievement with my clients and help them feel proud of their progress, no matter how big or small because every step forward matters.
