About me

My name is Claire. I am a fully qualified Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer. Having enjoyed my teenage years and twenties playing racquet sports such as tennis, squash and badminton, my real life changing journey began in my forties which was right in the middle of navigating personal challenges such as the menopause/joint issues. I understand the unique challenges that come with this life stage—the plateaus, the energy dips, and the frustration when past methods stop working. Not to mention the uninvited weight gain!!

I established Longevity Fitness in 2025 to use my experience and fitness knowledge to help others in a similar situation. My programmes focus on sustainable lifestyle changes, building functional strength for everyday life, and improving balance and confidence—not just the number on the scale. My training programmes are functional, fit for purpose and fun.
