Hey! My name is Ella.
My journey with fitness started early as I grew up with a dance background. When I stopped dancing, I found the gym as a new way to stay active, build strength, and feel more confident. Whilst this journey ahs continued, I also now enjoy running and have ran several half and full marathons.
My coaching style is simple and supportive. I focus on solid technique, smart programming, and helping people feel capable in the gym without overcomplicating things. Training should feel achievable, enjoyable, and tailored to you, not intimidating or extreme.
If you want to get stronger and feel more confident walking into the gym, I coach with structure, patience, and a down to earth approach that meets you where you’re at!
