Hi my name is Courtney and I am a Personal Trainer with over six years of weight training experience and a genuine love for running. Fitness completely transformed my life, creating a domino effect that changed not only my body, but my mindset and overall wellbeing — and that’s what fuels my passion for helping others do the same.Having personally experienced being both underweight and overweight, I truly understand the physical and mental challenges that can come from both ends of the spectrum. This has shaped my empathetic approach to coaching and allows me to support my clients with understanding, patience, and compassion.As a busy mum of 2 beautiful boys I specialise in helping busy women build strength, confidence, and fitness in a way that fits seamlessly into their lives. I believe fitness should feel fun, empowering, and enjoyable — not like a chore or another source of pressure.My focus goes beyond changing how you look. I aim to help you develop a positive relationship with exercise, build mental resilience, and create sustainable habits that can ultimately transform your life.With hard work, determination, and the right support, I can’t wait to see the results we can achieve together.
