As a Dancer, I understand that strength, flexibility and endurance are essential to your personal health and fitness. I specialize in training clients to enhance performance, prevent injuries, and build a body that moves with power and grace.
My approach is results driven, with an emphasis on giving my clients the knowledge and confidence they need to use joyful movement to enrich their lives. My training style has a focus on helping people to achieve consistency over perfection in the gym, to improve body confidence and reap the benefits regular exercise can have for both mental and physical wellbeing. I believe in achieving results through progressive overload and training with intensity with optimal technique to prevent injury.
Having recently taken myself through a fitness journey wherein I sustainably lost 15kg over the course of a year, I have a passion for helping others to achieve their goals by helping them to implement positive and sustainable lifestyle changes, I do not believe in quick fixes!
