ABOUT ME
I’m Veronica Roversi, and my journey in sports and health is a story of overcoming challenges and dedication. I started playing professional soccer at 11 and learned the power of discipline, teamwork, and mental preparation in high-performance sports.
The Turning Point
After my soccer career, I adopted a sedentary lifestyle during university. Over the next 12 years, I gained weight and saw the impact on my health. The real change came three years ago when a family health issue made me realize the urgent need to prioritize my own well-being.
Motivated by this, I committed to consistent exercise, strength training, and better eating habits. Though the process was tough, I transformed my health, body, and mindset. Today, I’m living proof that it’s never too late to change your life.

Consistency is the key to any transformation. As a personal trainer, I focus on sustainable results, creating workouts that respect the body’s needs and help clients progress gradually. Each journey is unique, and I tailor training to help you reach your goals in a healthy, effective way.
