About me

Hi I’m Rebecca. I want to help people build strength, improve fitness and feel more confident through a mix of strength training, HYBRID style conditioning and running. Coming into fitness later in life myself, means I understand how daunting the gym can feel at first. How important it is to find training that fits around your life. My coaching is built by making fitness approachable, enjoyable and most importantly sustainable. Whether you’re completely new to training or looking to push yourself even further. If you want to get stronger or simply feel fitter and healthier day to day, I can help with that. I also support people training for HYROX events (whether it be your first one or your next) and looking to improve their endurance. My approach is supportive, realistic and focused on that long term progress which will help you build confidence in the gym while becoming stronger both physically and mentally.
