I’m Carlos, a Personal Trainer with 8+ years of experience helping people build strength, lose weight, increase confidence and train with purpose.

I specialise in:

My approach is personal, progressive and results-driven. Every programme is tailored to your goals, lifestyle and training level. Expect sessions that challenge you, improve your form, build lean muscle and help you burn body fat efficiently. My aim is to make training enjoyable, motivating and empowering while giving you the knowledge to progress independently.

I also run Rev Up Bootcamp, a high-energy group session designed to build strength, fitness and community. Your first class is free, and all fitness levels are welcome. Every session is designed so beginners and advanced members can train together confidently. All members get access to a supportive WhatsApp group for accountability, motivation and guidance throughout the week.

I have a successful history coaching beginners through to advanced lifters, clients returning from injury, runners, busy professionals, and anyone wanting structured, no-nonsense training. I also offer online coaching for those who prefer flexibility.
