Hi I’m Rahmel, aka Mr. Vegan Muscle.
The aim is to be 1% better each day and that can only be achieved when you start. Change and the results that YOU WANT will come and there’s never a better time to start than now, and I’m here to help you on YOUR journey.
Whether it’s weight/fat loss, or muscle/strength gain (beginner or experienced), I’ll help you build the body YOU desire along with the mindset to match by unlearning old habits and building new ones to maintain a lifestyle that’s enjoyable, sustainable and boosts your overall health and confidence.
Fitness has changed my life both physically and mentally over the last 12+ years for the better and I want to make that happen for you too. Being overweight as a teenager and building myself up to where I am today has taught me that with consistency, discipline and a plan, you can achieve anything you want!
I offer both Personal Training, Online Coaching and a Hybrid package which combines the two. During your consultation we’ll discuss which option is most suitable for you and your goals.
FAQ: DO I HAVE TO BE VEGAN TO BE YOUR CLIENT? No you don’t. I train all people looking to achieve their goals regardless of their dietary preferences.
