I was born in Thailand with a typical Thai boy physique(skinny). It was never in my genetics to be big, built or muscly! But I always dream of having that big muscular body. And in 2019, I was an overall champion at Miami pro.
The point of my story is that nothing is impossible! You’ll need some time, patience and dedication but most importantly you need to believe in yourself that you can achieve everything you want to do. And together we can make that goal/dream become reality.
