Over the last decade, my passion for fitness and physical health have grown along with my knowledge and experience in this field. Now I look to share my expertise in helping others achieve their goals. I will teach you the correct technique for all the exercises you'll do; your safety is of paramount importance to me. It will increase your confidence and ability in the gym by helping you understand the mechanics of how each exercise works. I want you to understand what you are doing and why you are doing it, not just follow my instructions blindly. I have a strong understanding of anatomy and seek to enable my clients to understand for themselves how their body works, as well as the different benefits of various methods of training. This will give you the knowledge to progress in the gym environment. For those interested I also specialise in calisthenics - bodyweight training. The beauty of bodyweight training lies in its accessibility and ease of force on the body's joints and connective tissues. Moreover, unlike weight training, learning to use your body's weight to train is natural and intuitive.
