About me

Hi, I’m David, a 25-year-old Personal Trainer specialising in sports-based recovery and performance-focused training. I help clients move better, get stronger, and train like athletes — no matter where they’re starting from. My programmes mix mobility work, conditioning, and smart strength training to improve performance, prevent injuries, and speed up recovery so you can stay consistent and push yourself safely.

Although my main focus is sports-based training, I support clients in all areas of fitness. That includes personalised nutrition advice, strength and muscle-building programmes, fat-loss coaching, and day-to-day habit support to help you stay on track. My style is clear, supportive, and built around steady, long-term results.

My philosophy is built on Defining Commitment and Delivering Change — you commit to the journey, and I’ll give you the coaching, support, and structure to take your training to the next level.
