About me

As a Personal Trainer and British Weightlifting coach, my mission is to help you unlock your potential by designing training that is unique to your goals, abilities, and lifestyle. Whether you’re striving for peak athletic performance or want to move better, feel stronger, and prevent injuries, I’ll guide you with a holistic approach rooted in both research and experience. I currently compete nationally in Olympic Weightlifting, where I am ranked among the top 12 lifters in the country, with a goal of breaking into the top 10. Competing and coaching at events across the UK has deepened my understanding of what it takes to perform under pressure, both physically and mentally. I hold a British Weightlifting Level 2 coaching qualification, and my clients range from athletes in rugby, rowing, marathon running, and Olympic lifting to individuals focused on longevity, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. My training philosophy is grounded in the biopsychosocial model – recognising that physical progress is interconnected with mindset, motivation, and lifestyle. I’m also studying for a Master’s in Psychology, which shapes how I coach: not just building physical strength, but also resilience, confidence, and sustainable habits.
