With a foundation built on years of competing in elite amateur golf, including participation in international amateur and professional tournaments, I bring a unique perspective to personal training. This high-level sporting experience has not only honed my discipline and understanding of peak performance but has also fuelled my passion for fitness as a vital tool for both well-being and athletic excellence.
My approach combines the precision and mental toughness cultivated on the golf course with evidence-based training methods to help clients achieve their personal best - whether that means improving athletic performance, boosting overall health, or enhancing daily vitality.
My degree studies encompassing sport science, meditation and mindfulness have shaped my understanding of how the body can be used to it's fullest extent, reaching flow state to obtain optimal results.
A key aspect of my role is to keep you on track, even when motivation dips. Your goals are my goals. I will help you stay accountable with regular check-ins, honest feedback and ongoing support to keep you focused, committed, and moving forward.
