Strength training is one of my expertise, showing you the correct way to getting stronger and build more muscle. Using weights or your own bodyweight, and understanding how to become more flexible and agile at any age! With my experience in martial arts and combat sports such as boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, I have excellent pad holding skills and experience.
