Going through depression in 2016 made me realise how building strength is so important for physical and mental health. That's how my passion for empowering women's fitness was born. Whether you're looking to build strength, increase flexibility, or improve overall wellness, I'm here to guide you every step of the way.
I understand that women's fitness needs are diverse and specific, and I create a safe, encouraging space where you can feel confident and supported. I focus on building strength, mind-body connection, flexibility & mobility (including injury recovery), and sustainable results.
