Training stops being something you force yourself to do and becomes something that supports how you show up — with your partner, your family, and yourself.
I’ve lived the discipline I teach. I’ve completed a 55km ultramarathon along the Dorset coastline — not through talent, but through patience, consistency, and self-belief. Those are the same qualities I help my clients build, in a way that fits their life.
