About me

As a coach, I bring a calm presence and steady energy. I know when to hold space and when to push. My

style is encouragement over ego — I’ll get you working hard, but never at the expense of your confidence

or your connection to your body.

I meet you exactly where you are. I adjust my coaching to your needs while keeping you accountable to the

version of yourself you want to grow into. This is more than physical training to me. It’s about helping you

feel grounded, confident, and capable in your life right now.

I work with anyone who feels disconnected, out of shape, or unsure where to start. Whether your goal is strength,

confidence, or simply moving through life feeling better, my role is to help you reconnect with your body and train with purpose.

I know the power of long-term discipline first-hand. I’ve completed a 55km ultramarathon along the Dorset

coastline, and that experience taught me how far consistency and self-belief can take you. I’m here to help

you build that same internal strength in your own way.
