With a lifelong background in dance and performance, I know how important it is to have a body that can keep up with the demands of performing. After losing 30kg and completing five half marathons, I became passionate about helping others build strength, confidence, and sustainable fitness.
As a personal trainer, I focus on helping performers and busy people train in a way that supports their lifestyle, protects their body, and helps them feel their best - both onstage and off. I'm especially passionate about working with beginners, creating a supportive, judgement-free environment where clients can build confidence, develop healthy habits, and discover what their bodies are capable of.
