About me

I started my fitness journey at 19 and quickly learned how powerful exercise can be in building strength, confidence, and resilience. My goal is to bring that same energy and understanding to every client I work with, creating personalised programmes that fit your lifestyle and set you up for long-lasting results.

Before becoming a personal trainer, I spent over 15 years working in high-pressure corporate environments. I know first-hand how tough it can be to prioritise health and wellbeing when juggling demanding schedules. That’s why I specialise in helping busy professionals, as well as adults of all ages, build confidence and stay consistent on their fitness journey — no matter where they’re starting from.

My approach is supportive and empathetic, but also focused and results-driven. I’ll encourage you every step of the way, while pushing you to reach your potential.

I’m a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer based in Hillingdon, covering Greater London. I specialise in:

I’m fluent in English, Punjabi and Hindi, and can offer consultations and sessions in all three languages.
