My journey in health and fitness started when I was 13. I was skinny fat and I've been watching working videos and following along with them at home. I went in with a mindset of making exercise as a habit to help myself to be consistent. While it did not go well in the beginning, It did exponentially get better as the years go by since I started doing weighted calisthenics at the age of 22. Not only did I go with improving my fitness levels and my physique. But I have also developed a mentality if there are many excuses my brain makes, there are also many ways to mitigate them. You just have to work your way around it. I now specialise in helping busy people in improving their strength, endurance, physique, and health by making sure that it fits around their schedule in a safe manner. Whether you want to burn fat, build muscle, increase strength, endurance whilst preventing injuries, I will guide with every step of the way with your personal twist to it!
