I have been training in gyms for 8 years now. I am a mother of 1 so it is very important for me to keep fit and strong for my son to see. Fitness has always been a part of my life.
My training style is honest and progressive at all different levels, I love to motivate and help people get comfortable in their fitness journey.
My passions within fitness include nutrition and meal prepping, as well as active group sessions!
My mantra is “1% better everyday” - we all just need a little motivation from time to time, and that is where I come in!
