Lifting weights changed my life it gave me strength, confidence, and a mindset I carry into everything I do. I became a personal trainer to help others, especially women, experience that same transformation. Too many women shy away from the weights area,unsure if it's “for them.”I want to help you step into that space with confidence, lift heavy, and discover how strong physically and mentally you really are. I specialise in strength training, functional fitness, and weight loss & toning, with a focus on the mind body connection. My approach is all about building sustainable habits and celebrating progress every step of the way.As a woman of faith, one of my favourite verses is: “Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit…? Therefore, honour God with your bodies.”-1 Corinthians 6:19-20 This verse reminds me that taking care of our physical health is also a form of spiritual stewardship. Let’s lift strong, live fully, and build the confidence you deserve from the inside out. Your body is powerful, and it was made for more.
