About me

I first stepped into the gym at 18, and like many people, I started out unsure of what to do. Over time, training with friends introduced me to powerlifting, hypertrophy, and eventually calisthenics. What stood out for me was core strength; it became my passion, the area in which I excelled and loved teaching others.

One of my proudest moments was helping a friend who thought core work wasn’t “for him” because he carried more weight. After a month of consistent training, not only had his core strength improved, but some of his sciatica pain eased as well. That experience showed me the power of fitness to genuinely improve lives.

Like many people, I’ve had ups and downs with consistency, especially in the winter months. However, since the start of this year, I’ve been more committed than ever, and becoming a personal trainer has been part of holding myself accountable as well as helping others stay consistent.

Now, I combine calisthenics with hypertrophy training, and I love guiding others to build strength, confidence, and habits that last.
