After going through my own menopause journey, I realised how many women — from their 30s to their 60s and beyond — feel overlooked, under-informed, and disconnected from traditional fitness spaces. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to help women of all ages embrace strength training as a powerful tool for health, confidence, and long-term wellbeing.
