About me

I believe that everyone should be able to enjoy life to the fullest and improving your fitness is a great way to get you there!

Want to be flexible? Want to be strong? Why choose? There is so much more to the gym than weight lifting and treadmills, I specialise on improving and gaining flexibility whilst building up strength.

I am a trained dancer and aerialist so being able to move in many different ways has always been important to me and I want to share this knowledge with as many people as I can.

Whether your goal is to do the splits or just maintain a well-moving body, we can get there together!
