About me

Hey! I'm Dontaye!

Here to guide you through whatever goals you are chasing, no matter the destination. I will structure your fitness and nutrition plan in a way that lets you live your live and see there's more to life than the gym. You don’t have to do hours of gruelling cardio or never have food you enjoy to get the body you want.

Over my years of lifting, I’ve had learned a lot about flexibility and injury prevention through gaining strength in weak areas of motion. Rehabilitating my own hamstring injury and getting rid of my lower back and knee pain, Instead of avoiding where we are weak let's attack those uncomfortable positions until they become strengths and second nature. Whilst continuing raise the ceiling on your overall strength. All of this is key to you building that complete body and keeping it sustainable for the long run.
