Hi, I’m Dominika, and I’m here to help you take the guesswork out of your training and make your fitness goals a reality. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle, boost your performance, or simply feel better in your own skin, I’ll guide you with a plan tailored to you. It doesn’t matter if you’re just starting out, returning after a break, or aiming to smash a personal best, I’ll be with you every step of the way. I previously worked at Virgin Active as a personal trainer where I’ve introduced beginners to basic movements to ensure they have a strong understanding and foundation, and assisted more advanced clients in reaching their individual goals. This hands-on experience taught me that fitness isn’t one-size-fits-all, it’s about finding what works for you and making it sustainable. As a mum myself, I know the challenge of getting back into fitness and earning my strength back through each workout. What helped massively was starting a new routine, staying consistent, and pushing past plateaus, and I’m here to make that process easier, more enjoyable, and more effective for you!
