About me

Hello, my name is Claude.

My training philosophy is simple: movement first, intensity second.

A strong physique means nothing without a strong foundation. I combine corrective exercises with strength and conditioning to help clients move better, lift safely, and build a body that is powerful, balanced, and resilient.

I use boxing, high intensity training, and metabolic conditioning to improve fitness, burn fat, and protect lean muscle. Every session has purpose not just to make you tired, but to make you better.

Outside the gym, I support clients with nutrition guidance that fuels performance, recovery and real results. No fad diets. No quick fixes. Just smart training, better movement, and a lifestyle built for long term success.
