About me

Most people walk into this gym and feel like everyone is watching them, or like they need to be fit before they start. I’m here to tell you that’s not true. I’m Alexandra, and my job is to make sure you never feel out of place on this gym floor again.

I have a massive soft spot for New Mums. I know what it’s like to feel like your body isn't yours anymore, to feel exhausted, and to have no idea how to safely start losing weight when your core feels different. I specialize in postpartum fitness because I believe mums deserve to feel strong, not just 'busy.'

But I’m not just here for the mums. I am here for anyone—men or women—who looks at a squat rack or a cable machine and thinks, 'I have no idea what I’m doing.'  What I actually do for you: ​ I don't just 'count reps'; I teach you the skill of training. ​ I build weight loss plans that don't require you to live on a treadmill. ​ I make sure you walk in those doors with a plan, so you never have to wander around aimlessly again!
